PROTEIN MASH is designed as sweet energy breakfast or small food during the day. It's unique composition secures protein intake and deliver necessary amount of energy in easily digestible form. The basis of mash is instant rice enriched by MPC (milk protein concentrate, which contains casein and whey). Advantage of MPC is, that it is native, which means, milk wasn’t heated so the proteins are in natural, unchanged state. (instead of WPC - whey protein concentrates, where are proteins by heating already changed-denatured)

Ingredients: Pregelrice (pre-gelatinized rice instant), Promilk 85 (MPC 85%), whole milk powder, frutafit IQ (inulin, chicory fiber), sweetener: sucralose

Suggested Use: One dose 50 g (ca. 3 heaping tablespoons) stir in 200 ml of cold or warm water or milk. You can customize the dose according to your needs.
